COaching
Every rehearsal we work on our vocal technique and have coaching from our Musical Director Gaynor. We also hold weekend workshop days, including on topics such as learning new music effectively, vowel matching, vocal timbre, and performance techniques. As part of a competitive choir, we are all encouraged and enabled to bring out the best in our voices.
In addition, we have had coaching with a number of award-winning musical professionals, including Liz Garnett, Doug Harrington, Sally McClean, Helen Owen, Dawn Waterhouse, and Theresa Weatherbee. These masterclasses cover a range of topics from musicality and confidence building to arrangements and performance.
